One Flagler is a magnificent, tiered, 25-story, Class-A office building designed to be tall and slender, minimizing its footprint on the site. It totals 274,000 sq. ft. and each floor steps smaller on the upper levels. Smaller floor plates than traditional office towers allow for the slender design. It is destined to be one of the most expensive buildings in South Florida, and will command the highest rents in the county for Class-A office space.
Meant to attract financial firms, family offices, hedge funds and the type of corporate relocations the city is recruiting to the Flagler Financial District, the building will anchor the city’s Okeechobee Business District and Financial District.
The onsite restaurant will be open to the public and offer expansive water views. At 338 feet tall, this building matches the character of the neighboring tall buildings along the Okeechobee Corridor, surrounded by Phillips Point and Esperante, two of West Palm Beach’s established Class-A office buildings.
